• Please learn the manual for the application before to use the product.

• Please do not tear off or damage the label and bar code on the product, otherwise we can not do the failure analysis or replacement in case of quality issue happened.

• Please do not modify, disassemble or remove the power supply case. Any mistaken behaver could have a risk of electric shock. Aipu will not be responsible for any issue caused by customer unreasonable modification.

• Do not touch the internal components with high voltage or high temperature, otherwise there could be a risk of electric shock or burn.

• Please keep your hands or face far away from the power supply when it is operating at power on.

• Please keep the power off during the input or output connecting in process.

• The product should operate at rated input voltage/current, ambient temperature and humidity which specified in the manual, or else the power supply could be damaged.

• The safety function should be ensured in case the product will be used in the facility with high reliability, for example, the nuclear energy, traffic control and medical equipment. Do not use the product in the environments with strong electromagnetic field, gas and conductive substances.

Delivery

• In China mainland, we provide door-to-door delivery service in Guangzhou area and express delivery for the area out of Guangzhou city. At present, S-F Express and K-Y Express are Aipu contracted logistics partners.

• Out of China, we deliver by air through DHL, FEDEX, UPS and TNT or by sea according to customer requirements.

Payment Terms

• Normally the payment should be done before delivery except of a special payment term agreed in the contract.
